Problem: Before meeting with us, the Sacred Heart of San Jose had a dream of providing an online platform for immigrants entering the country. The platform would provide education and connection with like-minded individuals. They hoped to tell the stories of these Dreamers to bring awareness of their struggles, provide valuable information to immigrants and the community while connecting them with services and community members to help with their integration. When interviewing potential providers, quotes were given of $30,000 just for the video work. This was out of reach for Sacred Heart.
Solution: The Marketing Machine partnered with the Sacred Heart team to develop a strategy and online ecosystem that aids communities in helping immigrants entering our country. We provided not only the sophisticated online courseware to train and encourage citizens to participate, but also developed educational and live action videos to tell the stories of these Sacred Heart’s members.
Lastly, we trained teams to provide some of the needed assets for the project to help lessen their financial burden in completing the project. This training afforded them the independence to be contributors for future projects, saving time and money so resources could be focused on best serving their community goals.
